#Signing In and Account Access

This guide covers getting into your LumiFrame account, what to do if you're locked out, and how to manage your sign-in security.

#Creating a new account

1. Tap Create Account on the welcome screen.
2. Fill in your name, email address, and a password.
3. Accept the terms and tap Create Account.
4. Check your inbox — tap the verification link in the email from LumiFrame.

Once verified, you can sign in straight away.

Don't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder.

#Signing in

1. Tap Sign In on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Tap Sign In.

If your email isn't verified yet, you'll be prompted to complete that step first.

#Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Link.
3. Open the reset email and tap the link.
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
5. Sign in with your new password.

The reset link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.

#Changing your password while signed in

1. Go to Settings → Edit Profile → Change Password.
2. Enter your current password, then your new one.
3. Tap Save.

#Signing out

Go to Settings → Account → Sign Out at any time. Your albums, frames, and settings are all saved to your account and will be there when you sign back in.

#Keeping your account secure

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Enable Face ID or Touch ID for faster, safer sign-in — see Security & Passcode.
