LumiFrame is free to use for everyday photo and video sharing. Premium plans unlock expanded limits and additional features for households that want more.

#What Premium includes

Premium plans give you more of what you already love:

• More connected frames — Connect additional screens around your home.
• Expanded cloud storage — Store a larger library of photos and videos.
• Videos in slideshows — Play videos (not just photos) on your frames.
• Advanced sharing — More collaboration options for shared albums.
• Reflections — Monthly story experiences and enhanced weekly summaries.
• Settings sync — Keep your preferences in sync across multiple devices.
• Passcode & security — Advanced security features for your frames.

#Viewing plans and upgrading

1. Tap Go Premium anywhere in the app, or go to Settings → Premium.
2. Compare the available plans and what each includes.
3. Tap the plan you want and follow the in-app purchase flow.

Your plan is managed through the App Store or Google Play, and renews automatically.

#Using a promo code

If you have a promo or discount code:

1. Open the Premium screen.
2. Tap Have a Promo Code?
3. Enter your code and tap Apply.
4. Discounted pricing will be reflected before you confirm the purchase.

#Checking your current membership

You can always see your current plan on Settings → Edit Profile. It shows your membership tier and when your current period renews.

#Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings app → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You'll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
